IMPORTANT: READ ALL RULES CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN AUCTION!

Notice: Sale Day Announcements take precedence over all other advertised or written rules, conditions, or terms.

1. All bidders must be 18 years of age with a valid U.S Drivers license or picture I.D and purchase Buyers Card to register. Buyers card is $30.00 and good for 1 year.
2. All sales are final.
3. All bids are for cash purchases,if paying with credit or debit cards bid price will increase by 3.25% of total price.
4. All vehicles are sold completely "As Is, Where Is." No sold vehicles are guaranteed as to Year, Mileage, State Inspection or Running Condition . Buyer assumes all responsibility as to road worthiness of vehicle purchased. Buyer is responsible to notice all equipment, options, and condition of vehicle, including any warning lights, All Wheel, 2 Wheel or 4 Wheel Drive.
5. A $300.00 cash non-refundable deposit per car is required at time of bid acceptance for all cars, balance is due in full by Monday at 5:00pm by cash or certified funds
6. You are legally bound for the full purchase price and that Bryan Buchanan Auto Auction can and will pursue legal action for full purchase bid, buyers fees, plus any fees incurred or charged by Auction, if not settled by payment deadline.
7. Failure to settle by 5:00pm Monday will result in a $50.00 service charge per vehicle, per day.
8. No single contract is considered settled until all contracts entered in on sale date have been
   settled in full. Titles can and will be held until all vehicles are paid in full by bidder including any late charges that applies.
9. Buyers fees will be as follows (per unit).
   

   $	1.00 to $	99.00 = $75.00		$	2,000.00 to $	2,999.00 = $310.00
   $	100.00 to $	199.00 = $100.00		$	3,000.00 to $	4,999.00 = $350.00
   $	200.00 to $	399.00 = $155.00		$	5,000.00 to $	7,999.00 = $385.00
   $	400.00 to $	899.00 = $185.00		$	8,000.00 to $	10,999.00 = $425.00
   $	900.00 to $	1,499.00 = $245.00		$	11,000.00 to $	13,999 = $450.00
   $	1,500.00 to $	1,999.00 = $285.00		$	14,000.00 to $	15,999 = $500.00
   				$	16,000.00	and up = $550.00
   PLUS THERE IS A PROCESSING FEE 0F $100.00 CHARGED FOR ALL VEHICLES PURCHASED

10. Boats and trailers are considered separate units. And will be charged a buyers fee on each.
11. Titles will be issued on day of sale after full payment is received. However, there may be a delay of receiving some titles. Auction Co. reserves the right to allow up to 30 days to guarantee delivery of good title. In the event a good title cannot be provided in said time a refund will be provided only on purchased price and buyers fees paid. No repair or tow expense will be reimbursed. Any damage or excess mileage will be deducted.
12. It is the purchasers responsibility to pick up titles at auction office."No Titles Mailed."Titles delays may or may not be announced at time of vehicle being sold. All titles must come thru our office and be picked up at our office.
13. If a title needs to be corrected for any reason, Auction Co. has 30 days from date that the title is recieved back at auction to get the correction made.
14. All vehicles must be removed following the sale. Auction Company, owners, nor agents will be responsible for vehicles remaining on premises after auction. Vehicles not removed within seven days will be charged $15.00 a day storage.
15. Auction Company does not issue Temporary tags.
16. Registered bidders are responsible for all bids issued under their number. Titles will be assigned to registered bidders only."No changes will be made to name on title".
17. Owner's and Auction Company reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
18. Auction Company reserves the right to settle any and all disputes involving bids or sale of vehicles.
19. Auction Company reserves the right to establish bid sequences.
20. Receipt of bidder number, implies an understanding of legal obligation to all above stated rules and regulations. "Failure to comply with auction rules may result in expulsion from sales conducted by Bryan Buchanan Auto Auction, Inc. or Smart Cars Of Va, Inc."
21. All vehicles sold are done soley between buyer and seller and not the Auction, it's owners or employees.

Do not rely on Odometer readings as they could be incorrect. Odometer reading could be more or less.
Auction Company not responsible for Odometer accuracy.

****FAILURE to sign purchase ticket or leave deposit at acceptance of bid will result in immediate removal from auction premise.
